Ready Set Saturday is hopefully going to be a new feature here at Roadside Reader that features lifestyle posts and updates. What do I mean by that? Well, it’ll be a small glimpse into my (Lulu’s) life outside of blogging and reading. You can expect posts about weight loss, make-up, school, tv, my puppy, mental illness, etc. Basically everything and anything. Sometimes you’ll get video posts, sometimes, like today, it’ll be text posts. I’m just hoping it’ll get me into the habit of blogging regularly, but also help me reach some of my 2017 goals!
One of my 2017 goals is to start going back to the gym regularly, eat healthy, and lose weight. The previous year, I was able to shed over 20 pounds before getting derailed by mental health issues and other events. Due to issues coming up, I stopped going to the gym, stopped cooking, stopped everything that had me on the path I was on. This led to me putting back on the 20+ pounds I had lost, and more. Now, with the new year, I’m hoping to start again and hopefully use this as a support system, knowing I’ll have to post something!
